Learn to practice credible and researched techniques to apply to your everyday life and your physical activities. Enhance your current breathing experience to better support your overall health and vitality. Feel rejuvenated and calm - and learn how to keep it that way!  ~ Angela has trained extensively in Pranayama, Therapeutic and Trauma Informed breathing techniques. She is dedicated to empowering people to reach their optimal breathing (and living) experience by way of conscious breathing. Angela has a deep understanding of the ways different breathing practices may affect people differently and can guide to to find the most enhancing techniques to fit with you and your everyday life.
