An expansion on our Meditation Foundations for Healing Difficult Emotions, this series offers a catalogue of journaling processes and somatic (body based) practices. Angela offers her 7 years of experienced guidance and facilitation of these exercises for you and will mentor you throughout the process. Integrate challenging, blocked, repressed or exiled emotions. develop specific skills to manage emotions in your every day life.  Discover your freedom to feel.
