Cancellation Policy

Sauna Etiquette: - come hydrated and stay hydrated - please bring a towel for sitting on and a spare towel for afterwards - togs / shorts must be worn; no nudity - no jewelry or metal on togs - no phones / cameras - check with others before adding water to the rocks - minimise exiting the sauna within the 15min brackets - do not add essential oils other than oils provided - be respectful of others and the equipment - stay hydrated, but no water bottles within the sauna - no alcohol should be consumed before the sauna - no beverages other than water / tea are permitted on premise Any misconduct will result in a fine and being banned. Further action may be taken. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Cancellations of less than 24hrs notice will incur a full payment fee.
