The Sanskrit word Prana, meaning "movement" and "to breathe," also refers to the idea that vital or life force energy is dynamic and can be cultivated and harnessed to empower our quality of life. This life-giving experience that happens moment to moment offers us a way to learn about our physical health as well as influence it. Angela offers this workshop informed by current scientific research into the physiological benefits of breathing well, integrated with traditional yogic breath techniques AND with an opportunity to embrace cold water training with OPTIONAL cold water plunge.
