Immerse yourself in an unhurried, 60-minute private session tailored for 1-4 people, where you can relax, unwind, and connect with yourself and others. Enjoy complimentary herbal tea as you bring your own music to create the perfect ambiance. Book your escape anytime from 11 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, and experience the tranquility you deserve in our serene wellness studio.

Cancellation Policy

- come hydrated and stay hydrated - bring 2 x towels for sitting on and a spare towel for afterwards - togs / shorts must be worn; no nudity - minimise exiting the sauna within the 15min brackets - do not add essential oils other than oils provided - your health is your responsibility, any contraindications or health concerns must first be discussed with your health provider - do not sauna when pregnant To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Cancellations of less than 24hrs notice will incur a full payment fee.
