She will empower you to get clear on whats important to you, where to start and how. She will mentor you throughout the process and offer personalised guidance for your meditation practice and for establishing your healthy habits and routine. > learn simple and effective meditation skills (suitable for all levels of experience) > discover the 7 aspects of psycho-social-spiritual health and how to support them > understand your needs and how to meet them in healthy and optimal ways > be supported in your holistic wellbeing through self-reflective journaling, mindful colouring and meditation
