We know routine is important, but where do you start to implement change without getting overwhelmed, stuck or feeling like giving up? Angela offers her personalised and experienced facilitation for implementing meaningful and lasting change. She will empower you to get clear on whats important to you, where to start and how. She will mentor you throughout the process and offer personalised guidance for your meditation practice and for establishing your healthy habits and routine. > learn simple and effective meditation skills (suitable for all levels of experience) > discover the key aspects of wellbeing and how to support them > understand your own needs for wellbeing and how to meet them in optimal and personalised ways > be supported in your holistic wellbeing through self-reflective journaling, mindful colouring, meditation, movement and breathwork
