It is evidence-based and effective. Mindfulness invites awareness and regulation of emotions, feelings, and the physical sensations that are associated with them to create a pathway towards self empowerment and calm. * What can it help? - stress & anxiety - sleep - chronic pain and autoimmune support - low mood - self-worth - goal setting and direction - trauma recovery - grief - anger - disordered eating & body image - burn out / fatigue
