Experience the rejuvenating power of the social sauna! Where wellness meets community! Our group sessions only require a minimum of three participants or the equivalent fee, allowing you to connect with others in a traditional sauna setting. Join us to share, socialise, and elevate your well-being together!

Cancellation Policy

- come hydrated and stay hydrated - bring 2 x towels for sitting on and for drying off - togs / shorts must be worn; no nudity - minimise exiting the sauna within the 15min brackets - do not add essential oils other than oils provided - any health concerns must be discussed with your healthcare provider before the session, your health is your responsibility - do not sauna when pregnant To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Cancellations of less than 24hrs notice will incur a full payment fee.
