My personal experiences with yoga and meditation as healing modalities have inspired my years of study and exploration with many teachers from both Eastern and Western traditions in some unique and powerful ways.​

My teaching style is influenced by contemporary psychology, trauma informed yoga therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness therapy and traditional Eastern philosophies.

A long career in body training and conditioning and a big curiosity for anything related to the human body has naturally led me into massage therapy. 

I combine holistic massage with Reiki for a complete and balanced experience.

I think our body is the most sacred thing we have together with our mind and our soul - and I treat the body always having this aspect in mind.

Yoga Teacher (RYT 500)


Michelle is a Certified Yoga Teacher 500 (RYT) and has been teaching and studying around the world for over 13 years.  Her classes integrate meditation, asana, and philosophy to enhance the individual intentions within practitioners.  Along with combining inspiring words and music, Michelle teaches from the principle of ahimsa (absence of harmfulness in thought and deed) with the aim of encouraging more happiness, improved health and conscious living that extends beyond the yoga mat.
