Mental Health Coaching; Mindfulness based sessions involve counseling conversations and body-based therapy. - counseling conversations - mindfulness and mindset - breathwork and meditation Somatic therapy; also known as somatic experiencing therapy, is a body centered approach that aims to support mental and emotional health through the development of mind-body awareness. It is evidence-based and effective. Somatic therapy focuses on emotions, feelings, and the physical sensations that are associated with them to create a pathway towards healing and self-regulation. Angela can work with you on; - self-worth - trauma recovery - grief - anger - stress and anxiety - low mood and depression - disordered eating & body image - burn out / fatigue
