Service Description

This practical 4 week block course is where meditation meets daily life. This course offers a combination of meditation, body awareness and journaling practices to develop emotional awareness and processing. Angela offers her experienced guidance and facilitation of these practices and will mentor you throughout the process. Integrate challenging, blocked, repressed or exiled emotions. develop specific skills to manage emotions in your everyday life. Develop emotional literacy - confidence in the language of emotional awareness. Feel empowered, competent and free to feel and to heal.
