My education in anatomy and biomechanics blended with yogic spirituality and mental-health sensitivity form the foundation of my teachings. If you answer YES to 3 or more of the following.. Do you feel like you can never get enough breath in? Is your mind scattered or anxious? Do you feel low in energy or mood? Do you feel overwhelmed when things get complicated? ..I've been there. Let me help you. - learn the fundamentals of natural breathing - reduce muscular tension through efficient breath mechanics - support posture and regulate energy - learn traditional yogic techniques for mood -feel more ease and trust in your body - resilience focused meditation *optional cold water immersion *(by the way, I used to DREAD the cold! I would be in a full length wetsuit and still hesitant mid SUMMER! Now, I love it and crave it and feel so good for it!)
