Service Description

Breathwork is an essential part of yoga that can be done as practice on its own. Angela offers this workshop on breathing and meditation, informed by current scientific research into the physiological benefits of breathing well, integrated with traditional yogic breath techniques AND with an opportunity to embrace cold water training with OPTIONAL cold water plunge. Research shows that icy water has many positive effects; on recovery after exercise by reducing inflammation and soreness; mental resiliency; restoration and balance to the nervous system; improvements in cognitive function and mood.
