Personalised application of yoga, mindfulness, mindset and breathing exercises to support children and young people in establishing healthy relationships with themselves and others through self-regulation, self-empowerment and confidence building. Angela is trained in Trauma Informed Coaching and her sessions are informed by Buddhist and Yogic Philosophy. Her sessions are suitable for teens who want to; increase self worth develop resilience live with purpose and peacefulness practice self-care repair relationship with body image and develop safe embodiment develop healthy relationships with others reduce stress and anxiety improve mood and mindset breathe better and move easier support healthy sleeping patterns ...and more...
